Kaajal and Vinesh’s wedding was all about family and beautiful Hindu rituals and traditions. The couple was married in an outdoors wedding ceremony at the Indian Temple and Cultural Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

From haldi to the pheras to the playful wedding games, I am loving the beautiful ceremony details in this wedding. The bride looked absolutely, as she made her grand entrance in a stunning in a red and orange lehenga, and a big traditional “nath” or nose ring. The groom wore a cream sherwani with a maroon stole, and looked very handsome.

The lawns of the cultural center were completely transformed specifically for this wedding. By transformed, we mean they actually created a pond with an island. In the middle of the island they built a giant gazebo, with fountains and floating lights. With orange and gold organza drapings, and florals, the mandap looked absolutely gorgeous. Weather wise, Kaajal and Vinesh’s wedding day turned out to be an amazingly beautiful day.

Many of the couple’s guests came from India, England and all over the US. The bride and groom put an emphasis on the ceremony and getting a chance to meet and talk to all of their family and friends. The bride and groom made a point to make the rounds and visit with their wedding guests. In that spirit, there was a dinner and many toasts were proposed at their reception.
