An honest review of this company: I am getting married at the end of this month and have wasted months trying to get my bridesmaids sarees all the same colour from Neha. Despite various promises the blouse sizes were wrong, had them sent back to india to be done again – when returned they were still wrong. The sarees were in different shades despite being told they would be the same. Also had to deal with numerous bills from fed ex. I would have been better off ordering from a website – at least avoiding 100 promises and having to pay 20% of the costs to her for service fee. It was no different from ordering online – there is no personal touch. If you are put off using Indian companies because they promise the world and fail to deliver – then definitely be wary of using this service – it is yet another company which fails to be professional.
